We only accept orders via our online store ordering system. We do not accept orders by mail, fax or phone. Use our fully secure online shopping cart and checkout system to place your order. The actual color of our products and inks may differ slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Computer monitors display colors differently. Paper products may vary in weight and color, from one mill lot to the next. Your products ordered today may vary, ever so slightly, in weight and color from the same product ordered previously. Also please note: There may be objects pictured with products that are not included when you order that item. Read each description for the details of what you are ordering. Questions, email us.
Please proof read your order carefully before submitting it. You are responsible for the copy you provide us on personalized orders. We will print exactly what you specify. Please also check shipping and billing names and addresses carefully. Verify that all information is complete and accurate
before submitting your order. Some imprinted items require that you order minimum quantities, please check our product descriptions for that information.
Order Early: All orders are completed and shipped as quickly as possible, but heavy order volumes that occur from time to time may cause delays in you receiving your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations of an order must be made within 24 hours. Please check your order carefully prior to submitting it.
If you find that you need to change or cancel your order, please send an email to favors@classactweddingfavors.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Our customer care representatives will be happy to accommodate your request. There will be a 5 percent cancellation fee for all canceled orders.
Any orders which are refused acceptance for delivery by the customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 25 percent re-stocking fee. All canceled orders must have a written email confirmation from Class Act Wedding Favors that the order has been canceled.
Customers may be charged a $25.00 additional fee for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address entry when they placed the order. Any order that must be re-shipped will also incur additional shipping charges.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as payment for your order. The security of your account number is assured. See our Privacy and Security information. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Nor do we accept checks, money orders or cash for payment of your order.
Be sure to provide your “exact” credit card number, expiration date, credit card ID# and billing address that your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause a problem in credit validation, which will cause a delay in processing your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that have a California shipping address.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price do to a typographical error or errors in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
Samples
We strive to have the best product images, but we also understand you may wish to request a product sample. Many of our items can be purchased in quantities of one, from our product pages.
Samples are
not available on the following:
-Items which are sold in sets, can only be purchased as a set. We can not break up sets to send samples.
-Personalized items, including personalized tags. We can not personalize a single tag as a sample.
For samples you will be charged the highest unit price plus a shipping charge.
Out of Stock Items
On occasion, products may be out of stock and are placed on back ordered status, which is noted in the product description. If a product is back ordered, you are welcome to place your order,
“but please note,” your entire order
will not ship until that back ordered product comes back into stock in our inventory. We make every effort to keep our products in stock, however, during the busy wedding season (March - October), some products may go out of stock for short periods of time.
On merchandise that is out of stock, we will follow our normal procedure of processing an invoice and billing your credit card. However, we will notify you by email, that the merchandise is out of stock and, give you an estimated date in which we expect our shipment to arrive.
All back orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. We recommend orders be placed as soon as possible. This will ensure your order is filled immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. Place an order for the item as you normally would. Once we have the item in stock, we will ship your complete order to you.
