Do you have a printed catalog?
At the present time we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection on line. The world of wedding and party favors is continually changing and evolving, and we continue to add new items.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Class Act Wedding Favors has no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. Please note some products are sold in minimum quantities or sets. The minimum quantity is listed for each product with the product description.
How do I place my order on line?
Placing an order is easy and convenient. Select your favorite items, add them to the shopping cart and click “check out”. Enter billing and shipping information, see your total, then enter payment information. After reading terms and conditions and agreeing, place a check mark in the box. Then click “submit order”.
Do you accept “rush orders”?
If you need non personalized items faster than the normal processing and shipping time, please email us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product ordered and the shipping address.
Do you have a guarantee?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We are confident that you will be happy and we back it up with our satisfaction guarantee. But if you are not completely satisfied you may return the merchandise pursuant to our Return Policy. Please remember that personalized, engraved, embroidered, monogrammed items, personal care items, freeze dried flower petals, and food products may not be returned.
How long until I will receive my order?
Most orders are shipped out within 5 to 7 business days. Larger orders will take a little longer. Personalized orders may take even additional time to process. Place orders early and allow 5 to 7 business days, plus delivery time to receive your non personalized order.
